STATIONARY CONCRETE BATCHING PLANTS:
IMMA’s Concrete Batching Plants are categorized under two main classes as:
- STATIONARY and
- MOBILE
IMMA’s strengthed and accurate concrete batching plants are preferred for ready mixed concrete production and long term concrete production in all types of construction sites. HBS’s work at -35°C or +50°C environment temperature with auxiliary & optional items. The capability helps to produce any type of concrete, stable and problem-free plants. Universal spare parts, skilled after sales team and best in the class spare parts makes it a reliable plant for our customers. Stationary type concrete batching plants are designed and produced in accordance with CE standards. Production capacity between 30 m³/h and 240 m³/h.

MOBILE CONCRETE PLANTS
Mobile Concrete Batching Plants are professional and compact solution for temporary needs with its rapid installation/uninstallation, quick start-up, easy of re-location even for long term production requirements. All-in-one design built on a heavy-duty IMMA semi-trailer chassis can be towed by 4×2 tractor truck head. Capacity from 30 m³/h to 100 m³/h available.

CONVEYORS
IMMA’s wide experience helps to submit the best in the class conveying and weighting/dosing operations. so that approves the most appropriate working angle and dimensions. 4 layered cord belt rubbers with high strength against abrasion, electric motors with suitable power and gearboxes are used in our conveyors.
WEIGHING HOPPERS / SCALING - DOSING
Weighing of cement, water and admixture are done by loadcells in our concrete plants. Cement, water and admixture hoppers are designed so that they will allow to production of any class of concrete. Material discharging from the weighing hoppers is done by WAM brand butterfly valves.
AUTOMATION SYSTEM
- PC & PLC controlled system
- The plant is fully automated and the system is controlled on an 8″ colored touch-screen with integrated mouse and keyboard connection points.
- The system is equipped with Siemens electrical installation devices and sensors. Remote stations with distributed I/O stations are also part of the plant automation.
- Advanced PLC programs and error control algorithms enable high sensitivity in weighing and dosage control even at maximum capacity.
- The Micro Processor and command panel is built for all working conditions and equipped with electrical protection systems.
- The operator is able to set up all parameters, enter receipts and perform calibration operations on the touch-screen. All process, production and failure information are also visible and may be printed by the operator.
- The operator may chose between automatic or manual operations on the illuminated mimic diagram.
- Digital indicators enable the operator to follow voltage and current values on the screen. The system provides real-time control/running/monitoring.
